Is shipping free?

    • Usually, orders will ship out in 1-2 days. This is an average, and may be affected by number of orders, time of year, etc.
  • How do I track my order?

  • Incorrect Shipping Address
    • We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address, resulting in a failed delivery. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before making the purchase.
  • Pick Up
In some cases, orders may need to be picked up in a local Post Office or other nearby location. This may be due to the carrier being unable to deliver to your address because of an incorrect address, nowhere they believe to be safe to leave the delivery or other problems. You will be responsible for picking up the order in this case.
